Every group deserves a vote nobody can argue with.
Community Vote gives your building, club, or team a private space to decide things properly — one member, one vote, results nobody can quietly edit. Approve who gets in, ask the question, and let the numbers settle it.

The problem
Group decisions die in message threads
Someone asks the question in a chat group. Half the people never see it, three reply twice, one changes their mind, and nobody can say what was actually decided. A week later the same argument starts again.
The fix
One question, one ballot, one clear result
Ask it once, in a place where only real members can answer. Everyone votes on their own phone, nobody sees the running tally, and when the deadline hits the result is there in black and white — with a permanent record on the community timeline.
How it works
From zero to a running election in minutes
No spreadsheets, no paper ballots, no counting by hand.
Create your community
Give it a name and you're the admin. Run as many separate communities as you like — your building, your club, and your team never mix.
Invite and approve members
Share a link or send email invites, then approve requests one by one. Nobody sees a single ballot until you let them in.
Launch the election
Write the question, add options with short descriptions, pick a deadline. Members vote once; the result publishes itself.
Who it's for
Built for groups that actually have to agree on things
Buildings and HOAs
Repairs, contractors, budgets and house rules — decided by the people who pay for them, with a record you can show anyone.
Clubs and societies
Elect a board, pick the next trip, choose the new kit. Members vote from their phone instead of showing up to a meeting.
Teams at work
Tools, offsites, schedules — get an honest read from the team without the loudest voice deciding for everyone.
Associations and unions
Formal votes with a clear member list, anonymous ballots, and results you can attach to the minutes.
Built for real communities
Everything an admin needs, nothing voters don't
Powerful where it counts, and boring in the best way everywhere else.
Sealed results, clear charts
Nobody sees the tally while voting is live. When it closes, everyone gets the same clean breakdown — bars, counts, and a record that stays on the community timeline.
Anonymous ballots
The system records that a member voted, never which option they picked.
Approved members only
Elections stay hidden until you approve someone into the community.
Invite by link or email
Share one link with the group, or send named invites for a precise list.

Questions
The things people ask first
Can members see who voted for what?
No. Ballots are anonymous — the community can see that turnout was 18 of 24, never how any one person voted.
Can someone vote twice?
No. Each approved member gets exactly one ballot per election, and once it's cast it can't be changed.
Do voters need an account?
Yes — a short registration, then an admin approves them. That's what keeps outsiders out of your ballots.
Does it work on a phone?
Everything works on phone, tablet, and desktop — most members will only ever vote from their phone.
